Robin & Ryan's wedding at Xereca Ibiza was a celebration of effortless elegance and organic beauty — a day where nature, design, and atmosphere came together in the most joyful and romantic way. Set within Xereca's lush gardens and sun-dappled grounds, everything unfolded exactly as the couple had envisioned: stylish, relaxed, and entirely their own. Designed and styled by our team at Official Ibiza Wedding, the day embraced a soft palette of white and green, letting texture, florals, and the natural landscape take centre stage.
Getting Ready
Robin wore a stunning gown by Enzoani — effortlessly elegant and perfectly suited to the organic setting — paired with Sophia Webster shoes. Ryan complemented the look in a tailored suit by Suit Supply, bringing a modern, polished edge to the day. Hair and makeup by Brides by Ana I Perez completed Robin's look with a soft, natural finish that felt timeless and radiant.
The Ceremony
The ceremony took place beneath the trees, where Flowers Ibiza created a breathtaking floral arch filled with fresh white blooms and lush greenery. Aisle flowers were arranged as though growing directly from the ground — organic, almost enchanted, whimsical yet refined. Wooden crossback chairs lined the aisle, grounding the setting in warmth and natural elegance.
Officiated by Ali Gray, the ceremony felt heartfelt and intimate. Gentle live music by Claire Wakeman was woven throughout both the ceremony and cocktail hour, adding layers of emotion and atmosphere to each moment.
Cocktail Hour
As the celebration moved into cocktail hour, guests enjoyed food and drinks by Xereca Ibiza — relaxed, generous, and celebratory in equal measure. Styling by Official Ibiza Wedding, paired with décor pieces from Velvet Circus, brought thoughtful detail to every corner of the space, creating an environment that felt elegant, natural, and beautifully curated.
Dinner Beneath the Lights
Dinner was a true highlight. A single long table stretched through the gardens beneath a whimsical canopy of lights, created by 3D Light and Ibiza Pro DJ. As dusk settled, the warm glow transformed the space into something quietly magical — flickering candlelight, flowing greenery, and soft white florals inviting guests to linger long into the evening. The dining experience, catered by Xereca Ibiza, felt communal and joyful — a shared moment that perfectly reflected Robin & Ryan's vision of bringing everyone together.
As golden hour arrived, the couple quietly slipped away to take in the last of the light and capture a few still, beautiful moments before the evening celebrations began.
The Party
As night fell, the energy shifted seamlessly from romantic dinner to full celebration. Live music by Luke Burr set the tone beneath the light tunnel before Parris G Taylor took over the decks, leading guests into an unforgettable party — moving from the tented terrace into the indoor space for its electric finale.
Inside, the atmosphere transformed into true Ibiza club mode. Disco balls suspended from the ceiling, pulsing lights, and a full dance floor created an immersive, playful energy that carried late into the night. Production by Ibiza Pro DJ brought the entire experience together, as laughter, movement, and music filled the room until the early hours.
Robin re-emerged in a fun, sassy party dress — perfectly suited for dancing beneath the disco balls and celebrating with everyone she loves. What began as a whimsical garden ceremony ended as a full-scale Ibiza party: joyful, stylish, and completely their own.
From a flower-filled ceremony beneath the trees to a glowing long-table dinner and an epic club-style finale, Robin & Ryan's wedding at Xereca was everything they had dreamed of — organic, romantic, and alive with Ibiza spirit from beginning to end.
